We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver SAP‑focused technology and business initiatives. This role manages day‑to‑day project execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring successful delivery of SAP, cloud, and process‑modernization projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end project activities, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, scope, and resource plans for SAP S/4HANA, cloud, and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate work across IT teams, business stakeholders, SAP partners, and vendors.
- Support SAP best practices, project governance, and compliance requirements.
- Provide clear project communications, including status updates, risks, and issue tracking.
- Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Assist with change management, training coordination, and business readiness.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and business SMEs to ensure aligned deliverables.
- Track project performance using defined KPIs and project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5–7 years of IT project management experience, including SAP or enterprise system projects.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, cloud platforms, and integration concepts.
- Experience supporting business process and organizational change initiatives.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or SAP certifications preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and mitigate project risks.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
