SAP Project Manager
We are seek an SAP Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale SAP implementations from inception through post-go-live support. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has mastered the art of the SAP Cutover and thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. As a key leader, you will bridge the gap between technical workstreams and executive leadership, ensuring that our digital transformation goals are met with precision. This is an initial 6-month contract (potential to extend).
You will work a hybrid schedule in Alpharetta (2 days/week in-office).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the full lifecycle of SAP implementations (S/4HANA) using SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies
- Direct the creation and execution of comprehensive Cutover plans, including data migration, system freezes, and manual configuration checklists
- Act as a polished, professional liaison among business units, IT teams, and external vendors
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring delivery within scope
- Proactively identify project bottlenecks and technical risks, developing contingency plans to ensure zero downtime during critical transitions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of successfully managing 2 or more full-cycle SAP implementations
- Expertise in managing the Go-Live phase, including technical & business cutover activities
- PM experience supporting external clients at a Consulting firm (management consulting ideal)
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills (must present complex technical roadmaps to C-suite executives with clarity & confidence)
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP (or similar) certification
- SAP Project Management certification
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations
- OCM (Organizational Change Management) principle knowledge
