Job Description:
- Providing ongoing technical support and system administration for SAP applications and SAP SuccessFactors (cloud- based).
- Performing system monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting across SAP environments.
- Supporting integration between SAP systems and cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors.
- Managing patches, support packages, security updates, and system error analysis
- Coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure ERP system availability and stability.
