Role Overview: Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Electric Generation Interconnection (EGI) and Asset Work Management initiatives within a utilities environment. The role involves bridging business and IT teams for system enhancements, implementations, and data/reporting solutions.
Key Requirements: - 7–10+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in SAP Work & Asset Management (Electric Distribution, Transmission, Substation)
- Experience in utilities domain (PG&E or similar)
- Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and project implementation
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of SQL, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
Nice to Have: - Electric Generation Interconnection (EGI) experience
- Joint Pole (JUMP) or utility asset portal experience
Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Act as liaison between business and IT teams
- Support system implementation, testing, and enhancements
- Develop process models, use cases, and functional specs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $70.00-$74.00 per hour.
