Role Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant to support large‑scale datacenter construction programs. The role focuses on project structuring, cost/budget management, procurement integration, and reporting across complex CAPEX‑driven construction portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Design/configure WBS, networks, activities, milestones for end‑to‑end datacenter construction lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, availability control, actuals tracking, accruals, settlements, and AUC capitalization.
Integrate SAP PS with MM/Ariba for contracts, POs, service entry sheets, change orders, and subcontractor management.
Support schedule/resource planning aligned with construction PMO and commissioning teams.
Build reporting dashboards (cost, progress, earned value, risk) using SAP and analytics tools.
Collaborate with Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commissioning, and PMO teams.
Drive process improvements, template deployment, and automation for construction project workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
8–12+ years of SAP PS experience in project accounting, cost control, budgeting, investment management, and settlement.
Hands‑on experience in construction/EPC/large CAPEX infrastructure projects (datacenter, utilities, industrial, or similar).
Proficiency integrating SAP PS with MM, FI/CO, Ariba; exposure to PPM/EPPM/Primavera is a plus.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement cycles, change management, progress measurement, and financial controls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field. SAP PS certification preferred

Salary Range: $38,000-$155,000 a year
