Key Responsibilities Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterpriseDrive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc.Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providersEffectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurementsEnsure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resourcesProvide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviewsIdentify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programsManage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmapGuide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile, waterfall etc. Job RequirementsDetails:Experience Required Looking for 6 years in IT including 3 years in Program Mgmt. and Expert in Project ManagementSAP HANA, SAP ERP, Ad Hoc Reporting, Analytical skills Experience Preferred Complex Deployment Planning, Microsoft Excel, Jira.This role owns end-to-end SAP cutover planning and execution, including governance, risk mitigation, mock cutovers, testing coordination, and hypercare.While non-technical, it requires prior SAP S/4HANA deployment experience and cross-functional leadership, placing it above standard PMO support but below SAP functional or technical consulting rates
