Education, Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
experience.
Overall 8+ years of SAP analytics, modeling, and development experience (BW, BW on HANA,
Business explorer, Power BI).
Strong experience designing and configuring SAP BW/HANA objects.
Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, data mapping, and dimensional modeling.
Practical experience with full lifecycle BI deployments and custom development.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Highly organized with strong follow‑through skills.
Nice to have:
S/4HANA Embedded Analytics experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not Exhaustive)
Facilitate and gather reporting requirements for assigned projects.
Partner with business users to deliver ad hoc enhancements and key metric reporting across FI, SD,
MM, PM, and Supply Chain/Logistics.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with functional and
technical teams.
Develop functional and technical design documentation.
Design, develop, test, and implement BW/HANA/Datasphere solutions and enhancements.
Ensure adherence to development standards and governance guidelines.
Provide maintenance and support for BW, HANA, Datasphere, and S/4 Embedded Analytics.
Deliver user training and business support as needed.
Work with IS teams to troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies.
