SAP EPPM Consultant Location: Bellevue, WA (100% Onsite or Remote) Work Hours: Must work PST hours Duration: 6 months Experience Required: 8 12 years Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant to support large-scale data center construction programs. This role focuses on project structuring, cost and budget management, procurement integration, and reporting across complex CAPEX-driven construction portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure WBS, networks, activities, and milestones for end-to-end data center construction lifecycles.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, availability control, actuals tracking, accruals, settlements, and AUC capitalization.
- Integrate SAP PS with MM/Ariba for contracts, purchase orders, service entry sheets, change orders, and subcontractor management.
- Support schedule and resource planning aligned with construction PMO and commissioning teams.
- Build reporting dashboards covering cost, progress, earned value, and risk using SAP and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commissioning, and PMO.
- Drive process improvements, template deployment, and workflow automation for construction project execution.
Required Skills & Experience
8 12 years of hands-on SAP Project Systems (PS) experience in: Project accounting Cost control Budgeting Investment management Settlement processes Experience supporting construction / EPC / large CAPEX infrastructure projects (data centers, utilities, industrial, or similar). Strong integration experience with SAP PS + MM + FICO; exposure to Ariba, PPM/EPPM, or Primavera is a plus. Solid understanding of: Construction contracts Procurement cycles Change management Progress measurement Financial controls Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field. SAP PS Certification preferred.
