About the Role
The SAP Project Coordinator (Associate Level) supports the successful delivery of SAP implementations, enhancements, and operational initiatives by coordinating activities across technical and business teams.
This role partners closely with SAP consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, documentation, and communications are well managed.
Key Responsibilities
Support SAP project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
Coordinate tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies across SAP workstreams.
Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, meeting notes, and status reporting.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, workshops, and project checkpoints.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution follow-ups.
Monitor timelines and escalate risks, issues, and blockers to the Project Manager.
Support change management and deployment activities for SAP releases and enhancements.
Partner with SAP functional and technical teams (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
Track resourcing, hours, deliverables, and project artifacts.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solution delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, ERP, or business systems support.
Basic understanding of SAP or other ERP platforms.
Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or SuccessFactors.
Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, , Asana).
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
SAP coursework, training, or certification is a plus.
