Skills
- 15+ years SAP FICO experience with deep hands‑on configuration
- Strong expertise in at least three of the following: New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers, FSCM (Credit, Collections, Dispute), Asset Accounting (including S/4HANA Universal Asset Management), Product Costing & Material Ledger, COPA
- Solid understanding of integration with SAP SD/MM/PP/PS modules
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and Central Finance is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes: Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), Cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting
- Ability to translate business needs into system design with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence decisions across business and IT
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Leadership experience in cross‑functional and global projects
