We are recruiting for an exceptional Gold SAP Consultancy and VAR.

They require an SAP S/4HANA Finance Principal Consultant.
Central to this requirement will be leading and directing offshore teams and advising the end client on best SAP practices.
Below is an overview of what is considered the necessary experience in order for candidates to be considered for this role:
Technical Expertise
- 15+ years of SAP FI CO experience with deep hands‑on configuration.
- Strong expertise in at least three of the following:
- New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers
- FSCM (Credit, Collections, Dispute)
- Asset Accounting (including S/4HANA Universal Asset Management)
- Product Costing & Material Ledger
- CO PA
- Solid understanding of integration with SAP SD/MM/PP/PS modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Fiori apps, and Central Finance is highly desirable.
Business & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes:
- Record‑to‑Report (R2R)
- Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P)
- Order‑to‑Cash (O2C)
- Cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting
- Ability to translate business needs into system design with minimal supervision.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence decisions across business and IT.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Leadership experience in cross‑functional and global projects.
