Overview
We're seeking an experienced
IT Business Systems Analyst III with strong expertise in
SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing and
Sourcing & Contracts to support Domino's Pizza. This position plays a key role in the configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of SAP Ariba solutions to strengthen and expand procurement capabilities across both indirect and direct spend categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Level 2 support and drive design, build, testing, and deployment of configurations for SAP Ariba modules and the Ariba Network.
- Conduct analysis and design sessions with business stakeholders and facilitate integration discussions with other ERP systems.
- Partner with IT and business SMEs, developers, and solution architects to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Collaborate with SAP Ariba support and internal teams to implement best practices and optimize system usage.
- Manage and resolve recurring system issues, ensuring root-cause identification and long-term solutions.
- Oversee unit, integration, and user acceptance testing processes.
- Develop and manage KPIs and reporting metrics to measure system effectiveness.
- Partner with internal business customers to deliver solutions that meet service, risk, and performance goals.
- Lead supplier enablement initiatives and support project deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Provide recommendations and documentation for process improvements and system optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of business systems analysis experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on configuration and design experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing & Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Network.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP systems and Source-to-Pay processes.
- Experience in Ariba implementation projects preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter who works independently and shares knowledge effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization, systems improvement, and enterprise integration best practices.
- Strong technical aptitude for SAP Ariba configuration, troubleshooting, and system support.
