About the position
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and management of SAP S/4HANA on RISE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP program delivery, large-scale transformation initiatives, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. This role requires expertise in program governance, risk management, and driving value realization through SAP RISE deployments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA on RISE transformation program
- Define program objectives, success metrics, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee functional, technical, integration, and data migration workstreams
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and RISE best practices
- Manage program governance, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive business process transformation leveraging S/4HANA capabilities
- Act as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders
- Facilitate communication across business, IT, and vendor partners
- Provide regular updates to steering committees and executive leadership
- Ensure effective change management, training, and user adoption strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP program/project management experience
- 5+ years leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs (RISE experience required)
- Proven track record in delivering SAP cloud transformations and migrations
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and large-scale ERP implementation methodologies
- Experience managing governance, risk, and compliance in global environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Experience in Manufacturing or Apparel industries a plus
- Master’s degree a plus
