About this Position:
Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
Years of Experience: 7-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, PM/GM, and Compensation.
Lead business process design sessions, translating HR requirements into system configurations.
Perform data migration, validation, mapping, load testing, and reconciliation activities.
Maintain and optimize workflows, rules, role-based permissions (RBP), and security configurations.
Support integrations between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Payroll, Time Management, and HR Core.
Assist in implementation, UAT, cutover planning, and post-Go-Live hypercare.
Provide documentation, configuration guides, training materials, and knowledge transfer to City HR/IT teams.
Ensure ongoing compliance with privacy, HR security standards, and audit requirements.
Required Skills
Strong functional expertise across core SuccessFactors modules.
Experience with RBP, metadata framework (MDF), business rules, and workflows.
Understanding of hybrid SAP HCM + SuccessFactors system landscapes.
Experience with data migration tools such as SAP templates, Import Manager, and Integration Center.
Strong communication and HR business process knowledge.
