Job Title : SAP BRIM Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:
7-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in SAP BRIM.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Proven experience with SAP BRIM functionalities.
Strong project management skills with a focus on software development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Experience in creating and reviewing functional and technical specification documents.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience in application production support.
Knowledge of software quality assurance processes.
Understanding of financial processes related to billing and revenue management.
Lead the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of SAP BRIM projects.
Guide team members on technical aspects and conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
Oversee project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
Ensure timely completion of timesheets and invoicing processes.
Act as the primary customer interface, proactively addressing issues before escalation.
Create and review functional and technical specification documents.
Track open tickets/incidents, allocate resources, and ensure timely closure of tickets.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by the delivery team.
Promote continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative and efficient practices.
Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and timelines.
Serve as the single point of contact for project stakeholders.
Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Provide application production support as per the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
