1) · Lead the deployment of the SAP SAP/Hana Signavio Business Process Intelligence capabilities
· Define standards, principles and the governance framework for process mining methodologies and capabilities
· Perform data modelling in support of PPI/KPI design and ETL development
· Collaborate with client IT and the System Integrator to prepare for the extraction of event logs from SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, SuccessFactors) or other systems in support of Release 1A and 1B
· Redesign and redeploy process models as required to enrich the process conformance and value management capabilities utilization
· Design SAP S4/HANA Signavio Process Intelligence process analysis templates and frameworks
· Support the detailed design of Signavio-based Process Conformance for R1A and R1B
· Provide Delivery Management support including deliverables review and milestone acceptance on the System Integrator related service delivery
· Drive on-going process intelligence platform and capabilities governance
· Support the definition of key metrics (e.g., lead time, SLA adherence, process throughput).
· Configure dashboards for real-time process health monitoring
· Configure dashboards for real-time value management monitoring
· Set up alerts and automated reporting for key stakeholders
· Suggest quick wins, automation potential, and process redesign areas.
· Deliver a future-state process improvement roadmap.
· Train internal users on process mining concepts in Signavio and tool usage
· Develop a transition plan to enable SCE ownership of the Signavio Process Intelligence capabilities
