Inventory Visibility, Store Ordering and Replenishment Manager:
- Define and solve store operations capabilities outside of point of sale integration with a focus on the in-store mobile application.
- Guide and mentor SAP consultants and analysts: Providing expertise and support to team members working on SAP Retail modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Working closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to align in-store activities with broader business goals.
- Define and documentbusiness processes: Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP Retail solutions.
- SAP Retail System Management: Lead the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP Retail modules, particularly those related to in-store merchandising and inventory management.
- This includes managing:
- Oversee use of features for managing purchase orders, customer orders, promotions, goods movements, and physical inventory counts at the store level.
- Work with master data, including article master (product information), vendor master data, and store master data, to ensure data accuracy and consistency within the SAP system.
- Maintaine optimal inventory levels in stores by:
- Tracking inventory: Monitoring stock levels and goods movements in real-time using SAP tools.
- Conducte physical inventory and cycle counts: Overseeing and managing stock counts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 7 years’ recent hands-on experience with the above listed skills, including SAP ERP, ECC, SAP Retail/RIS, MM, OAA, CAR, aATP, Direct Store Delivery, SAP Module Configuration, Integration Points, Requireemnts, Integration with at least 2 of the following modules Retail/RIS, MM/IM/EWM, OTB, P2P, OTC, SD, SCM, FICO, ARIBA, POS, CAR, in/on DoD software/systems.
- REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields.
- REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Secret Clearance.
