The SAP Security Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing security within Lennar Financial Services SAP S/4HANA environment, focusing specifically on compliance, user access, risk management, and security governance. This role will ensure the protection of critical financial data and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Develop, implement and manage comprehensive SAP S/4HANA security policies, processes, and standards aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the SAP Teams and Business Teams to meet business needs while providing a secure and auditable SAP environment.
- Provide ongoing management, oversight, and enhancements to the SAP security infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with mortgage and title industry regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
- Participate in security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and recommend remediation measures.
- Partner closely with IT, Finance, Audit, Risk Management, and Business teams to align security initiatives with organizational strategies and compliance obligations.
- Identify and address security vulnerabilities in SAP S4HANA systems and related technologies.
- Participate in incident response efforts, including investigation and remediation of security incidents.
- Support of SAP security in different projects stages (Dev, QA, Go- live) and upgrades.
- Participates in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and makes recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of security configurations and procedures, and communicate security information to relevant stakeholders.
- Work with other 3rd party vendors (including consultants and managed services provider) to drive required outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP Security design, implementation, and administration.
- Strong experience managing SAP Security roles, profiles, user provisioning, authorization concepts, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Demonstrated leadership in conducting security audits, managing compliance requirements, and driving remediation actions.
- Understanding of financial services industry compliance requirements, especially mortgage and title-specific regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
