SAP Business Process Expert for Demand Planning and Rough Cut Planning - RTP, NC
HYBRID - Mon/Fri remote; Tue/Wed/Thu onsite. No additional medical exams required other than drug screening.
- As an SAP Business Process Expert, you will guide the supply chain planning team in areas of process improvements, systems enhancements and change management for demand planning and rough-cut planning.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and optimization projects within assigned areas of responsibilities.
- Collaborate with respective stakeholders in regional and Global teams to successfully implement projects.
- Cross functional collaboration across multiple work streams to effectively implement changes.
- Build and enhance training documents to help with onboarding new planners.
- Lead efforts to improve quality of master data to support planning processes.
- Help with developing and implementing change management strategies for greater adoption of new processes and tools.
Job Requirements
Details:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with an engineering degree or equivalent work experience in Supply chain planning, manufacturing, DRP or demand planning.
- 8+ years' experience in Supply Chain Planning using SAP APO or IBP.
- Experience in SAP Master Data Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Processing, Planning, Logistics.
- Advanced ability using MS Excel, Access, PPT, PBI, Reporting tools and Data Transformation.
