System/Process Analyst - EHS ( Environment Health and Safety)
Exempt level position.
Position Summary:
System/Process Analyst - EHS, will analyze business processes and work closely with the Solution Leader(s), and other System Analysts and Tech team , as well as business and/or process owners to develop, document and deliver process and system solutions which enable ADM’s strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide input into application portfolio management including product introduction and retirement plans, proactively anticipating gaps and overlaps within the application portfolio Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process area
- Partner with business leaders for preliminary investigation for project solutions requests, requirements gathering, collecting data from a variety of sources, evaluating and interpreting data, and drawing conclusions on solution options
- Support business case development by providing process and functional expertise to ensure a common understanding of the business outcomes that the solution needs to achieve.
- Support the development of new or revised processes following the enterprise business process governance standards
- Understand the key cross-process dependencies as solutions are designed, developed and implemented.
- Prepare documentation req gathering, project phases, ideation discovery and delivery
- Collaborate with Architects to develop roadmaps from strategy documents and conduct regular roadmap reviews.
- Design roadmap implementation projects, communicating with stakeholders and operations teams to ensure delivery.
- Maintain a good awareness of Operations activities through regular communication with operations leads and by attending update meetings.
- Create build instructions for engineering designs, and support operations teams during implementation.
- Undertake requirements analysis of incoming requests ensuring deliverables are clearly understood and agreed with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with IT procurement and review SOW
- Support the legacy software solutions covering EHS space
- Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management and team members for assigned project, support, and enhancement work.
- Mentor and monitor progress of junior level personnel on complex projects as needed
- Provide input to estimates for time and resource needs of identified solutions.
- Support project implementation transition to the support organization through documentation and knowledge transfer.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline with a minimum 5+ years job experience in EHS process areas;
- knowledge of IT solutions covering processes associated with Environmental, Health and People Safety:
- Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Plant Operations, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Recipe Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, as well as external government compliance agencies
- Preferred experience or knowledge about SAP EHS Software and others solutions like Gemeni, SpheraCloud, PolicyTech
- Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner
- Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines
- Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
- Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes
- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
- Knowledge of how current trends and process solutions can address identified business needs and capabilities

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$71,100.00 - $133,300.00
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
