Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains is a plus. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP to ensure robust and scalable applications.
- Oversee the integration of SAP CRM Web Services to enhance customer relationship management functionalities.
- Provide expertise in SAP CRM Middleware to ensure seamless data synchronization and process integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system implementations and upgrades.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Mobile Solutions SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP solution development.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware.
- Demonstrate experience in integrating SAP CRM Web Services for enhanced customer relationship management.
- Have a solid understanding of SAP CRM Middleware for data synchronization and process integration.
- Experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains is highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Display strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior developers.
- Have effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid model with minimal supervision.
- Possess a proactive approach to project planning and technical decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in SAP solution development.

SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Mobile Platform SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP CRM
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $102,500 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
