Senior Functional Analyst – SAP

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, service management consulting, and ServiceNow development, with a focus on leveraging ITSM Pro, Now Assist, automation, and Enterprise Service Management capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing and improving business processes, designing scalable solutions, configuring and developing within ServiceNow, and supporting the adoption of modern service management capabilities.

This role will contribute to transforming ServiceNow into an enterprise service delivery platform by improving employee experiences, increasing operational efficiency, and leveraging AI and automation to streamline service management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Provide service management consulting and recommendations to support business and technology objectives.
Design scalable and efficient solutions aligned with enterprise service management goals.
Configure and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Support the implementation and adoption of ITSM Pro capabilities.
Leverage Now Assist and AI-enabled capabilities to improve service management processes.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation to improve operational efficiency.
Support Enterprise Service Management initiatives and service delivery transformation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance employee experiences and streamline service delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of ServiceNow as an enterprise service delivery engine.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience documenting business, functional, and system requirements.
Experience with Business Process Analysis and Process Improvement.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and development.
Experience with ITSM Pro capabilities.
Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and AI-enabled service management.
Experience with workflow automation and process optimization.
Understanding of Enterprise Service Management concepts.
Strong solution design and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving ServiceNow adoption across enterprise environments.
Experience leveraging AI to automate and streamline IT service management processes.
Experience with Service Management transformation initiatives.
