Job Purpose

CNH is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled SAP Solution Lead to support Procurement and assist with Finance IT initiatives across North American Corporate Functions. This role blends architectural leadership with hands-on SAP system support, focusing on SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SAP MM, and knowledge of FI/CO modules and a passion for delivering scalable, integrated solutions that align with business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP architecture, including module interdependencies, customization, and integration with non-SAP systems. This role requires strong leadership in guiding technical teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, and optimization of SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems (Primarily MM, knowledge of FI & CO).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Define and implement integration strategies with external systems (APIs, middleware).
Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Oversee data conversion, mapping, and validation processes.
Lead testing phases (integration, UAT) and support end-user training.
Manage vendor relationships and enforce SLAs.
Create and maintain technical documentation and solution roadmaps.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to SAP capability development.

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
5-7+ years of SAP experience including MM module and S/4HANA, with proven management capability.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and applications.

Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
Strong understanding of SAP integration tools (IDocs, APIs, PI/PO).
Experience with data mapping, conversion, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

SAP experiencein FI & CO modules
SAP certification in relevant modules or architecture.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid SAP deployments.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $72,750 - $97,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
